Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Dave Wirshing is responsible for overall operations of Ingenus Management/Consulting, including new business development and project management.

During a 35 year career in casino management, Wirshing has served as president and chief operations officer of Fitzgerald’s Gaming in Las Vegas, Reno, and Tunica, Mississippi; as president and chief operations officer of Stratosphere Corporation in Las Vegas; and for 18 years held management positions for Harrah’s in Reno, Atlantic City, and southern Nevada. He has spent nearly 10 years in Indian gaming, developing several properties in Oklahoma for Ingenus, and serving as chief gaming and resorts operations officer for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in Minnesota, and consulted with numerous tribes across the country.

In all, Wirshing has developed and opened numerous casino properties in a variety of jurisdictions including Nevada, Atlantic City, Illinois, Oklahoma, Mississippi and New Zealand.

Wirshing has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada at Reno; and has been licensed by gaming regulatory agencies in Nevada, Mississippi, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Canada and New Zealand.
