Jay Roberts has more than 25 years in Hotel & Gaming Management, Hospital Administration, and Human Resources. He has been involved with planning and implementation at the executive level with the opening of 10 gaming properties in Las Vegas, Illinois, Mississippi, Colorado, and Oklahoma.

With Ingenus, Roberts supports clients with the development and management of their “Human Capital Portfolio,” including: policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance, staff development and recruiting, retention and recognition programs, compensation and benefit design, employee/labor relations, and risk management programs.

Previously, Roberts served as the Corporate Vice President of human Resources for Carl C. Icahn’s Nevada Gaming Operations in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he developed and implemented the company’s consolidation plan for human resources support services for his three major gaming properties. In addition, he was the executive operations director for Fitzgerald’s Casino, as well as president and chief executive officer for Country World Casinos, Inc., in Denver, Colorado.

Roberts holds both a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
