Mimmack has extensive experience in operations, financial services, management and consulting for emerging businesses.

As Ingenus’ founder, Mimmack has worked throughout North America in nearly all phases of gaming, from helping tribes gain federal recognition to conducting organizational development and strategic planning programs; from securing financing for development of casino properties to establishing overall gaming protocols; from opening casinos in Indian Country to developing one of the Midwest’s first racino operations.

Prior to founding Ingenus, Mimmack served as Commissioner of Corporate Affairs (CEO) for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Corporate Commission, a corporate entity of the tribe consisting of 12 sub-corporations and operating entities including two of the most successful gaming operations and resorts in the country – Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley.

He has held positions with IBM, Deloitte Haskin and Sells, a major 3M contractor, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Laguna Development Corporation in New Mexico.

Mimmack earned his Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Denver and his BS degree in mathematics from Colorado College.
